Claude Code course: build your first iPhone app

Claude Code is Anthropic's coding agent: it reads your whole project, writes code, runs commands and fixes its mistakes. This kit is for beginners who want to use it for one specific thing: shipping their own iPhone app on the App Store. You move at your own pace, with the Claude Code skills for each step.

What you'll learn

Claude Code installed and configured
Your Expo project created, your CLAUDE.md file written with your app's rules, and the commands that let Claude test what it does.
A way of working with the agent
Split a feature into small requests, read changes before accepting them, roll back cleanly when the agent gets it wrong.
Claude Code on the iOS steps
RevenueCat subscriptions, paywall screens, EAS build prep: what the agent does well, and what you need to check yourself.
The skills from my apps
The Claude Code skills for each step of the path, and the ones that review your project, paywall and listing before sending to Apple.

Step by step

  1. Step 1

Pick an app that can earn. The idea, the audience, the price. Then the starter code in your name.

  2. Step 2

Build the core of the app. Claude codes it, a skill checks it, you test it on your iPhone.

  3. Step 3

Plug in the money. Onboarding, paywall and subscriptions: already coded, you just set them up.

  4. Step 4

Publish and get found. Pre-submission check, screenshots and a listing in 30 languages.

What you ask Claude, and what you check

For a habit-tracking screen, you provide the starting data, the empty and filled states, the save rule and the scope limits. The agent proposes a plan, then a change you can review. You check that the list fits on a small screen and that state survives a relaunch.

For a bug, you give it the exact message and a way to reproduce it. You ask for the cause, a limited fix and the test it ran. You keep a restore point in Git before moving on. This method applies to your product; it doesn't depend on a magic prompt.

What the price includes, and what to budget for

The kit's price includes the starter code, the four-step path, the skills and the Apple Review, App Store Screenshots and ASO kits, with 1 year of updates. It doesn't include your Claude access, the Apple Developer membership, your hardware or the services your app uses.

AI tool usage limits and hosting quotas can change. Estimate these costs separately from the kit's price, especially if your app generates images, analyzes photos or calls a paid API on every use.

Why Claude Code for an iPhone app

A chat assistant gives you code snippets to copy. Claude Code works directly in your project: it opens the right files, makes the change, runs the tests and shows you what it changed. On a React Native and Expo app, where one change often touches several screens, that's where you save the most time.

The tools you give it decide what the agent can check: files, terminal, screenshots or a connected browser. Without the right access, it doesn't know the state of your Apple account and can't conclude your app works on an iPhone. You learn to ask for test proof, then check the result on your device.

Who this Claude Code course is for

For you if you're a beginner, or come from the web and have never published an iOS app. You need paid access to Claude Code, an iPhone and a computer, Mac or not. Access can be through a compatible subscription or a pay-as-you-go Console account.

It's not a corporate course on AI in general, nor a certification. The whole path serves one goal: your app, with its subscription, sent to Apple by the end of the four steps.

The best Claude Code course in 2026

It depends on your profile. To start on your own for free, Anthropic Academy's courses, in English. For a developer at a company, a one or two-day workshop at SFEIR, Human Coders, ORSYS or M2I. For CPF-funded one-on-one coaching, The Intelligence Academy. To publish your own iPhone app, the iOS Kit is the only option in this table built for that.

Is the iOS Kit right for you?

  1. Do you want to publish your own iPhone app, not a website?

  2. Does a self-paced kit suit you better than a degree or CPF funding?

  3. Are you ready to work with an AI like Claude Code or Cursor?

Answer all three questions to see if it's the right format.

Why learn with me

Claude Code is one of my daily tools, along with Cursor, on all my iOS apps. Solys, TradaZen, Nolera, and Vigie are on the App Store, another one in review at Apple. You learn from someone who ships with this agent, not someone who demos it.

FAQ

What's the best Claude Code course?

The one that fits your goal. A developer at a company will find one or two-day courses, between 790 and 1 570 € excl. VAT. To build and submit your own iPhone app from scratch, you need a fuller path: that's this kit's job, from starter code to submission to Apple.

Is there a free Claude Code course?

Yes. Anthropic offers free courses on Anthropic Academy, in English, and its docs are open. With Devoria's free tutorial, that's enough to get started. They don't give you starter code for an iPhone app, or skills that review your App Store submission.

How do you learn to use Claude Code?

By using it on a small real project: install it, give it a specific task, review what it changes. Anthropic publishes its docs and a free course, "Claude Code in Action". The kit adds the starter code for your iPhone app, the written path and the skills that review your App Store submission.

Is the Claude Code course CPF-eligible?

No. The kit isn't CPF-eligible and doesn't award a degree or RNCP certification. It costs €129.99, one time.

Do I need to code already to use Claude Code?

No, but you need to learn to read what it produces. That's what the path teaches you, on your own project, so you understand your app instead of just putting up with it.

Does Claude Code work without a Mac?

Yes. Claude Code runs on macOS, Linux and Windows, and iOS builds happen in the cloud with EAS. A Mac is still handy for the simulator, but not essential.

Is the course in French?

Yes: the kit's path is written in French.

How much is the course?

€129.99, one time, with 1 year of updates included, then €49.99 a year if you want to keep going. The kit isn't CPF-eligible. Your Claude subscription is on you.

Can a real person look at my app?

Yes, outside the kit: One hour with me, a one-hour video call with screen sharing, on your app or your Claude project, for €100. The kit itself is self-paced, with no live classes.

Is the kit available right away?

The iOS Kit is available. Instant download after payment.
