These terms govern purchases made on devoria.fr: the one-on-one video session and the digital content (the Starter Code and the kits). Articles 1, 2, 5 to 7 and 9 to 12 apply to all purchases, article 3 to the session, article 4 to digital content, and article 8 to the iOS Kit only. You must accept them to place an order.
This translation is provided for information only; the French version prevails.
1. The seller
The offers on devoria.fr are sold by Azizi Mehdi, entrepreneur individuel operating under the trade name Devoria, SIREN 841 307 408, 32 boulevard Capdevila, 84000 Avignon, France. Contact: contact@devoria.fr, 07 68 57 59 53. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).
2. The offers
- One hour with me: a 1 hour one-on-one video session with the seller, for €100.
- iOS Kit: The starter code behind my apps, the step-by-step path with the messages to give Claude, and every kit. Claude starts from an app that already runs. €129.99.
- Starter Code: An Expo and React Native app that already runs, its styles and the rules Claude follows. The path and the three kits come with the iOS Kit, for the same price. €129.99.
- Apple Review Kit: Everything I check before sending an app to Apple, and two skills that do the review with Claude Code. €29.
- App Store Screenshots Kit: The 4 screenshot styles from my published apps and the skill Claude uses to build them for yours, in every size and every language. €19.99.
- ASO Kit: The keyword method and the skill I use to write and translate my apps' App Store listings. €29.99.
Each kit is sold from its release, announced on its page. Before that, the page only offers a waitlist, with no commitment and no payment.
3. The one-on-one session
After payment, the customer picks a time slot with the seller, by replying to the confirmation email or through the booking link it contains. The session takes place by video call, with screen sharing, and lasts 1 hour. The customer states in advance what they want to work on: app, App Store listing, paywall, Apple rejection.
The customer may reschedule the session free of charge by giving at least 24 hours notice. A session missed without notice within this period is due. If the seller has to reschedule, they offer another slot; if none suits the customer, the session is refunded.
4. The kits
The kits are digital content: code, templates, guides and skills for Claude Code. They are delivered by download, as soon as payment is made, through a personal link sent by email. A computer and an internet connection are required; the prerequisites for each kit are listed on its page.
The customer receives a personal license: they may use a kit for all their own apps, with no limit on number. They may not resell, share or redistribute the kit itself, in whole or in part. Apps created with a kit remain entirely the customer's property.
The iOS Kit and the Starter Code sold alone include 1 year of updates from purchase: new versions and new styles. After that, the customer may, if they wish, extend these updates for €49.99 per year; without an extension, they keep the last version received, with no time limit. Regardless of this extension, the seller provides the updates needed to keep each digital content in conformity, under the legal guarantee (article 9).
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros on each offer's page. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI): the price displayed is the price paid. A promo code may reduce this price or make the kit free: the amount due is the one shown on the payment page before confirmation. Payment is made in a single installment by card, via Stripe, a secure payment provider. An invoice is sent by email after payment.
6. Ordering
Orders are placed from the offer's page: the customer accepts these terms, then pays on the Stripe payment page. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed. An email summarizes the order.
7. Right of withdrawal
A consumer customer has 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving reasons or paying any penalty (articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), subject to the following.
One-on-one session: by checking the box provided at checkout, the customer requests that the session may take place before this period ends. They may withdraw as long as the session has not taken place, and are then refunded in full. Once the session has been fully performed, they can no longer withdraw (article L221-28, 1°).
Kits: delivery of digital content begins as soon as payment is made. By checking the box provided at checkout, the customer requests this immediate delivery and waives their right of withdrawal (article L221-28, 13°). This request and waiver are confirmed in the email sent after payment.
To withdraw, simply send an unambiguous statement to contact@devoria.fr, for example using the form below. The refund is made no later than 14 days after receipt of the request, using the same payment method.
8. iOS Kit: startup guarantee and half-price session
Startup guarantee. This commercial guarantee is in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects (article 9), and does not replace them. It applies only to the iOS Kit, not to the Starter Code or kits sold alone. If the starter code app does not start on the customer's Mac when following step 1 of the path, even though that Mac meets the prerequisites stated in the LISEZ-MOI file (the README), the customer writes to contact@devoria.fr within 14 days of purchase, describing the issue (command run, message displayed). The seller first looks for a solution with them. If the app still does not start, the customer is refunded in full, no later than 14 days after the request, using the same payment method. Access to the download and the license then end. The guarantee applies once per customer.
Half-price session. The buyer of the iOS Kit may book the one-on-one session once for €50 instead of €100, through the link on their download page. This benefit cannot be combined, exchanged or converted into cash, and ends if the kit purchase is refunded.
9. Legal guarantees and commitments
Digital content conforms to its description and benefits from the legal guarantees set out in the box below. For the one-on-one session, the seller is bound by an obligation of means. Publishing an app on the App Store depends on Apple's decision, and its revenue depends on the project, the market and the customer's work: neither can be guaranteed.
The consumer has two years from the supply of the digital content or digital service to invoke the legal guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity appears. For one year from the date of supply, the consumer only needs to establish the existence of the lack of conformity, not the date it appeared.
The legal guarantee of conformity entails the obligation to provide all updates necessary to keep the digital content or digital service in conformity.
The legal guarantee of conformity entitles the consumer to have the digital content or digital service brought into conformity without undue delay following their request, free of charge and without major inconvenience to them.
The consumer may obtain a price reduction while keeping the digital content or digital service, or may terminate the contract and obtain a full refund in exchange for giving up the digital content or digital service, if:
- The trader refuses to bring the digital content or digital service into conformity;
- Bringing the digital content or digital service into conformity is unjustifiably delayed;
- Bringing the digital content or digital service into conformity cannot be done without costs imposed on the consumer;
- Bringing the digital content or digital service into conformity causes major inconvenience to the consumer;
- The lack of conformity of the digital content or digital service persists despite the trader's unsuccessful attempt to bring it into conformity.
The consumer is also entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract when the lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies an immediate price reduction or termination. The consumer is then not required to first request that the digital content or digital service be brought into conformity.
Where the lack of conformity is minor, the consumer is entitled to cancel the contract only if the contract does not provide for payment of a price.
Any period during which the digital content or digital service is unavailable for the purpose of bringing it back into conformity suspends the remaining guarantee period until the digital content or digital service is supplied in conformity again.
The rights mentioned above result from the application of articles L. 224-25-1 to L. 224-25-31 of the French Consumer Code.
A trader who in bad faith obstructs the implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity is liable to a civil fine of up to 300,000 euros, which may be increased to 10% of average annual turnover (article L. 242-18-1 of the French Consumer Code).
The consumer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects under articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for two years from the discovery of the defect. This guarantee entitles them to a price reduction if the digital content or digital service is kept, or to a full refund in exchange for giving up the digital content or digital service.
10. Intellectual property
The kits, templates, guides and documents provided remain the seller's property; the customer receives the license described in article 4. The code and apps created by the customer remain entirely their property.
11. Personal data
The data needed for the order (name, email, billing details) is processed to perform the contract and meet accounting obligations. Details are in the privacy policy.
12. Mediation and governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, a consumer customer may use the consumer mediator free of charge: CNPM Médiation de la consommation, 27 avenue de la Libération, 42400 Saint-Chamond, France, cnpm-mediation-consommation.eu. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts will hear the matter in accordance with consumer protection rules.
